TMT Plus Connect – Account Deletion
At TMT Plus Connect, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account using any of the following methods:
- From within the TMT Plus Connect app (if available), or
- By sending an email to dmm@tmtplus.co.in with the subject: “Account Deletion Request”
Please include the following details:
- Registered Mobile Number
- Name
- Company Name (if applicable)
What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your request is verified and approved, we will permanently delete:
- Your account profile
- Personal information associated with your account
- App usage data linked to your account
- Order history (where legally permitted)
- Other account-related records that are no longer required
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable laws, tax regulations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days after successful verification.
